AFFILIATE COMPANY MEMBER

A non-voting industry supporter of NAPGCM who is not primarily in the direct practice of care management as defined by NAPGCM, but has an interest in the field, including elder law attorneys, physicians, educators, researchers, employees of home health agencies, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, manufacturers or distributors of durable medical equipment or other products or services related to the care of elders. Membership may include up to three company representatives.

If an Affiliate Company Member has care managers on their staffs who qualify as Care Manager members (either Certified or Associate), we highly recommend at least one care manager become an NAPGCM Care Manager member. These members will receive all member benefits, including listing in the Find a Care Manager search function, therefore bringing more value to Affiliate Company Member listing.

If an Affiliate Company Member provides care management services by care managers who do not meet the qualifications of care manager as defined by NAPGCM, those employees will not be eligible for individual membership and will not be listed in Find a Care Manager. Affiliate Company Members providing care management services are strongly encouraged to ensure any employee providing such services meets the qualifications of a member as defined by NAPGCM.
