The members of the Midwest Chapter of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (MWGCM) conduct their practices within the States of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Ontario.

We are an association of private practitioners whose purpose is the development, advancement and promotion of humane and dignified social, psychological, and health care for the elderly and their families. The association is committed to working toward the highest quality of care for the elderly and their families through education, advocacy, and high standards of practice.
